What positions do you currently provide staff for?

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), RN (Registered Nurse), Patient Observers (Sitters), & Non-Certified Nursing Assistants.

What are your contracted rates?

Envoy Select rates vary based on staffing needs and are kept confidential per our Client Contract Confidentiality Policy. (ie RN/ LPN/ CNA)

Are your rates negotiable?

Yes.

How quickly can you provide staff once contracted?

Staff are on hand and prepared to satisfy shift needs immediately.

This is subject to availability, as we consider all prior scheduling commitments to our clients, and of our staff members. This is not usually a conflict as Envoy has access to ample medical personnel.

What shifts can you supply staff for?

Envoy Select has staff available to fill 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. We have staff available 24 hours 7 days a week.

How do I get started?

Navigate to the Find Work page and submit your application, and or, resume. From there, an Envoy representative will contact you by phone or email with further instructions.

How will I know if I am approved as an Envoy medical professional?

Once approved, you will receive a welcome email with all the necessary steps to get started.

What is the pay schedule?

Envoy Select medical professionals are paid on Thursday of each week.

How soon do payments begin after working for Envoy Select?

Your payments will begin on schedule the following Thursday of your first verified and fulfilled shift. i.e. You work your first shift on Monday the 4th and your first paycheck will be scheduled for Thursday the 7th.

Do I have full control over my schedule?

Yes, the shifts are posted on the HomeBase site or sent out by text/email alert, and you will pick your shifts from there.

How far in advance can I choose shifts?

As far out as they are posted. Once the facility makes us aware of the shifts that require fulfillment, we inform you. It is completely dependent upon how far in advance facilities send shift requests to us.

Is there an app I can use instead of the desktop site for employee login?

Yes, HomeBase offers a Desktop site, Mobile site, and App for your convenience. To access our HomeBase login, click the employee login button on the site.
We will also send text alerts regarding shift needs as necessary.

Are there limitations on how many shifts I can choose per week?

No. As long as there are no schedule conflicts amid your selected shifts, there are no restrictions enforced by Envoy.
